Laws
- Romanian Authority for Foreign Citizens (AFC) is responsible for implementing Government Emergency Ordinance 102/2005 (unofficial English translation) with effect from January 2007. This appears to be the Romanian implementation of Directive 2004/38/EC. Comments on the transposition are at the law firm FDBL

hi… i am da citizen of nepal staying here in cyprus. now, i am married here in cyprus with romanian girl n i have a small daughter as well. now, i would like to visit romania with my wife n daughter. iz there any necesssaity to take da visa for me to go to romania though i have da residency card( yellow slip) from cyprus government which iz valid for 5 years.
In theory you should not need a visa. In all cases make sure you travel with your marriage certificate, and with proof that you wife has been working in Cyprus. See also https://eumovement.wordpress.com/2010/08/04/no-visa-but-still-want-to-travel/
