does anyone have any advice for an eu citizen that wants to live in sweden as a self employed? i want to know how to get registered with the police.

I would like to know whether Sweden accepts application for EU National Family Member who are not in Sweden. I would also like to know what the procedure is on dependent family member in the ascending line who are over 21years. What is the procedure
