Laws

  • Belgium has decided, for the time being, not to customize Directive 2004/38/EC to local law by doing a transposition. That means that the Directive itself is now part of Belgian law. (Ref: Commission response to an MEP’s question)

  2. It’s not really a comment I want to say but remarks of what I notice while I am working in the EU community. I’ve been working on and off in these community for 2 years. I noticed people comes and goes. People that are new comers who never had working experience but they are tall and blond they get a permanent post straight away. But someone who is short or black hair with pleasing personality with experience but not blond never get nowhere. Is this EU means?
